Trouble shooting First Steps list some of the common problems that come up when installing or configuring our plugins.  Please go through these steps before contacting us for assistance (we’ll ask you to do them anyway!)

1. Are you running the minimum version of Sourcemod/Metamod/etc required by the plugin?
2. Have all of the components of the plugin been installed in their correct locations?
3. Is the plugin loading?
4. Are there any errors being printed to your server console?
5. Are there any errors being printed to “sourcemod_fatal.log” in your game directory?
6. Are there any errors being printed to “addons/sourcemod/logs/errors_YYYYMMDD.log” ?
7. Are you running any similar plugins or plugins you suspect might be conflicting?
