What is your update policy?

Updates to plugins, within the same “major” version (for example, version 1.xx) are provided free-of-charge for as long as updates are still being made. Updates to new “major” versions (such as updating from version 1.xx to 2.xx) require a new purchase.

What is your warranty?

Unfortunately variances in configurations and environments, compatibility with third party plugins, extensions and interfaces, and other factors, prevent us from providing a warranty.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

That being said, it is Foo Game’s policy to help out as best as we can to ensure our products will work as described. We will work with you to resolve any conflicts or problems with our plugins. Please be prepared to provide us with copies of your configuration. If you’d like us to login to your server to trouble shoot, please contact us first to arrange secure transfer of login details.

Is source code included?

Depending on what copyright license a given plugin is assigned, source code may be included. For example, SourceMod plugins are licensed under the GNU Public License 3 which requires source code be made available to you.

We do ask that modifications you make me shared back to us for improvement, and of course we're always interested in joint collaborations too!

Are purchases refundable?

No, unfortunately not. Digital products are non-tangible and can not be returned once downloaded. We may make exceptions in extreme circumstances though, but only if we’ve exhausted all trouble shooting options with you and then only at our sole discretion.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Paypal (Paypal balance, Visa, Mastercard). At this time we do not accept cryptocurrency. Special arrangement may be made to use EFT, Interac E-Transfer and other payment methods. Please contact us to discuss further options.
